The PTC programs that I chose, apart from being reputable and paying all either offer the option to buy/rent referrals at a very low price or out of your earnings and/or they have an extremely attainable cashout without requiring referrals.
WePayPTC is one of the latter, whilst it's $20 cashout may sound quite high it is very easy to do without referrals. There are literally hundreds of ads each day and, no, that doesn't mean you have to click them all, though of course you can if you wish. Just by clicking on the $0.01 and $0.005 links, you can earn in excess of $0.40 (40 cents) per day.
Once you cashout, you can then reinvest your $20 to buy referrals for $20. Now that you have referrals, it will take you less time to reach the cashout point.
You then just keep repeating this process until you reach your desired income.
If you chose to promote the site, then you stand to obtain more referrals, hence speeding up the whole process.
